For twenty years at Saturday Night Live, Lindsay's job was to figure out what made someone great—and bring it out fast. She had five days to connect with a new host, understand their strengths, and help them deliver under the pressure of live TV. That same skill—reading people quickly, building trust, and unlocking performance—is the foundation of her coaching work today.
Lindsay works with executives, founders, and teams as a kind of business therapist and strategic partner. She helps people see clearly, communicate better, and move through the messy, human side of leadership—team dynamics, tough conversations, and make-or-break decisions. Sometimes she's brought in to support a whole organization. Other times, she's the person a CEO calls when they need to talk through something they can’t bring to anyone else—or when they’re gearing up for a defining moment on stage or in the spotlight.
Clients have brought Lindsay in to help craft speeches, design leadership offsites, build rising stars programs, and navigate fast-moving challenges. She's worked with hedge funds, athlete-entrepreneurs, nonprofits, and creative teams—and the through-line is always the same: figure out what makes people tick, and help them turn potential into meaningful results.
This isn’t a plug-and-play process. It’s personal, creative, and rooted in trust. Sometimes it’s a single conversation. Sometimes it’s a long-term collaboration. Either way, Lindsay helps people lead with more clarity, confidence, and heart.
“Lindsay is a world-class game changer. She doesn’t just help you improve — she makes you want to level up. Her gift is seeing straight to the heart of a challenge and knowing how to unlock people’s potential in ways that are creative, unexpected, and lasting. I brought her into my world for years, and both me and my team are stronger because of it.”
